My crystal healing sessions offer a calm, personalised wellbeing experience combining crystals, Reiki, energy work and intuitive guidance.

Each session is created individually. I’ll choose the crystals I work with intuitively and shape the session around what you’ve shared with me beforehand, while giving you space to relax, reflect and reconnect with yourself.

Distance Crystal Healing sessions are currently available worldwide, so you can receive your session from the comfort of your own home.

No previous experience with crystals or energy work is needed.

Crystal Healing You Can Receive Anywhere

You don’t have to be in the same room for a crystal healing session.

Distance healing allows you to receive a personalised crystal healing session from wherever you are in the world, giving you the space to relax and receive support from the comfort of your own home.

Before your session, I’ll ask you to share a little about what you’d like support with. This helps me understand what’s going on for you and tune into the areas where you’d like healing, balance or clarity.

At your chosen time, you simply create a quiet space, get comfortable and allow yourself to receive. I’ll work intuitively with crystals, Reiki energy and energy healing techniques, focusing on what comes up for you during the session.

What to Expect From Your Distance Session

Before your session:

  • You’ll share your name and a little about what you’d like the session to focus on.

  • When the time arrives, find somewhere comfortable where you can relax without needing to do anything else.

During your session:

  • While you rest, I’ll work privately with crystals, Reiki and intuitive energy work, creating your session around what you’ve shared with me.

  • There’s no video call and nothing you need to perform, visualise or “get right”. You can simply relax.

After your session:

I’ll send you a personalised recorded audio message sharing:

  • the crystals I worked with

  • why I chose them

  • what I noticed during the session

  • any intuitive observations or guidance I’d like to pass on

Every session is individual, so your feedback will be too.

There is something special about being able to step away from the busyness of everyday life and spend time focusing completely on yourself.

An in-person crystal healing session offers a calm, supportive space where you can relax, reconnect, and receive personalised energy work in person.

During your session, I’ll work intuitively with crystals, Reiki energy and energy healing techniques to support you with whatever you’re currently experiencing. The crystals, placement and focus of the session are guided by your energy and what feels most needed in that moment.

What is distance crystal healing?

Distance crystal healing is a personalised energy healing experience that you can receive from wherever you are in the world. At your scheduled session time, I work privately with crystals, Reiki and intuitive energy work while you relax in your own space.

You don't need to be physically present with me and there is no video call required during the healing itself.

Do I need to be present during the session?

You don't need to join a video call or interact with me while I carry out your session.

What might I experience during a distance session?
