I’ll work with crystals chosen intuitively for your energy, helping you release what feels heavy, restore balance and reconnect with your own inner clarity.
You can experience a session through distance healing from the comfort of your own home or through an in-person session when available. Wherever your session takes place, you’ll receive the same calm, supportive and personalised approach.

Distance healing allows you to receive a personalised crystal healing session from wherever you are in the world, giving you the space to relax and receive support from the comfort of your own home.
Before your session, I’ll ask you to share a little about what you’d like support with. This helps me understand what’s going on for you and tune into the areas where you’d like healing, balance or clarity.
At your chosen time, you simply create a quiet space, get comfortable and allow yourself to receive. I’ll work intuitively with crystals, Reiki energy and energy healing techniques, focusing on what comes up for you during the session.

There is something special about being able to step away from the busyness of everyday life and spend time focusing completely on yourself.
An in-person crystal healing session offers a calm, supportive space where you can relax, reconnect, and receive personalised energy work in person.
During your session, I’ll work intuitively with crystals, Reiki energy and energy healing techniques to support you with whatever you’re currently experiencing. The crystals, placement and focus of the session are guided by your energy and what feels most needed in that moment.
